(Hvis dere er veldig få og ikke kan rekke alle vaskeoppgavene, prioriter scene, kirkesal, toaletter, kjøkken og sakristi.)

Støvtørking

I hovedsal og galleri

• Kirkebenker: sal+galleri (mikrofiberklut!)

• Alt på scenen (ikke instrumenter!)

• Varmeovner under benkene, vask med vann og såpe. OBS!! VARME! Ikke vask de hvis de er varm

• Rekkverk på galleriet

• Orgel (mikrofiberklut!)

Andre rom

• Kjøkken

• Sakristi (bakrom)

 

Støvsuging

• Scene

• Teppe/dørmatte bak ved infostand

 

Toaletter

Ved sakristi + ved hovedutgang mot bakgård

• Toalett

• Vask

• Speil

• Gulv

• Fyll på med dopapir, tørkepapir, såpe fra skap i gang ved med.arbeider inngang.

 

Vaske gulv

• Hovedsal

• Galleri + gang på utsiden av galleri

• Kjøkken + sakristi + gang

• Inngangsparti ved alle innganger.

• Sakristi (bakrom)

 

Vaske trapper

• Ved Ullevålsveien

• Ved Schwensensgate (ute)

• Trapp opp til galleri

 

Til slutt

• Kast søppel i søppelkontainer ute

• Sett alt vaskeutstyr tilbake på plass

• Sortér rene/skitne kluter, legg i riktig plastikkboks

• Røde bøtter er kun for toalettvask

• Skru av alle lys

 

Lukk / lås dører

• Port nede ved Ullevålsveien

• Port midt i trappa fra Ullevålsveien

• Dører inn i salen fra Ullevålsveien

• Hovedinngang på baksiden mot Schwensensgate

• Hovedutgang ved rampe til slutt pga alarmen!

(If you are not enough people and can’t do all of the tasks, start with the stage, sanctuary, toilets, kitchen, and sacristy)

Dusting

In the sanctuary and balcony

• Pews: sanctuary + balcony (use a microfiber cloth!)
• Everything on stage (not instruments!)
• Heaters under the pews. Wash with water and soap. IMPORTANT! HOT! Don’t wash them if they are hot.
• Railing on the balcony
• Organ (use a microfiber cloth!)

Other rooms

• Kitchen
• Sacristy

 

Vacuuming

• Stage
• Rug and doormat by the infostand in the back

 

Toilets

By the sacristy + by the main door in the back

• Toilet
• Sink
• Mirror
• Floor
• Refill toilet paper, paper towels, soap. Supplies can be found in the cupboard by the volunteer/staff entrance (by the kitchen).

 

Wash floors

• Sanctuary
• Balcony + hallway to balcony
• Kitchen + sacristy + hallway
• All the entrances

 

Wash stairs

• By Ullevålsveien
• By Schwensensgate (outside)
• Stairs to the balcony

 

Last

• Put garbage in the garbage container outside
• Put away all cleaning supplies
• Sort clean and dirty rags, put them in the right boxes
• Red buckets are only for cleaning the toilets
• Turn off all the lights

 

Close & lock doors

• Gate by Ullevålsveien
• Gate in the middle of the staircase by Ullevålsveien
• Doors into the sanctuary from Ullevålsveien
• Main entrance in the back by Schwensensgate
• Main entrance by the kitchen with the ramp last because of the alarm
